Complimentary In-Home Consultation

Complimentary? Yes, indeed. We do not charge for our consultations. We can schedule an appointment with you right here in our showroom or one of our design consultants can come out to your home. Whichever is most convenient for you. We will measure the walls of your space and snap a few photos to get started. Or if it is a new build, we can design based off of the builder’s blueprints.

In our consultation, we will discuss your overall vision and design taste. Are you more traditional or do you lean more towards modern? Maybe you are a mix of the two. You might not even know what your design style is and that’s okay too! We are here to help guide you every step of the way. We have many years of experience employed within our company to achieve your vision. Your lifestyle is an important factor too. Are you a family with young children and pets? Or is it just you living in your home? That will determine which types of materials we may gravitate towards.

Lastly, we will also discuss your budget and timeline. This will give us a good idea on which brands would be best fit for your needs as we offer a range of products from budget friendly to luxe. Discussing the project(s) timeline is also crucial as some products can arrive to us in a few days whereas others can take months.

Design Selections – Layout – Renderings

Now the fun begins! This is where countless colors, finishes, textures, and patterns come into play. Matte or polished? Champagne or French Gold? Smooth or Wire-Brushed? Granite or Quartz? Unfortunately, this is also the step of the process that can begin to feel very overwhelming, especially if you are remodeling multiple rooms. We ask that you put your trust in us as we will guide you in the right direction. With every product chosen, our job is to ensure the end result will collectively form a cohesive and appealing look.

The internet is a convenient tool when googling images of products, but it is always best to see them in person. Which is why we were so excited to double our showroom’s square footage in 2022, to be able to showcase thousands of products for you to see. We can set as many appointments as you’d like until you are completely satisfied and confident in what you have selected. We will also create a 3D rendering of your space to help you envision the layout.

Finalize with Approvals and Half Down Deposit

To move forward, we require a half down deposit, as well as your signature on the final invoice, 3D Rendering, and selection sheet.

Order Product(s)

When Step 3 has been completed, we will then order all materials and set a tentative installation time-frame. The moment product is received at our warehouse, we will inform our client and schedule a firm installation date. At this time a 25% draw on materials will be due.

Installation and Remaining Balance Due

A firm installation date will be scheduled with the client. Upon completion of the project(s) and the client’s final approval, the final balance will be due.
