Why Suntree? We felt moving our showroom to the Suntree area would be very beneficial in reaching more people. Suntree is located in Melbourne which is part of Brevard County – a county that keeps growing exponentially. It is highly desirable because of the increase in manufacturing and engineering careers. Harris Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and SpaceX are to name a few. The sunny, warm weather is also a plus. With the annual average temperature of 72 degrees and 300 sunny days, what’s not to love?

There are countless outdoor activities and gorgeous beaches that attract families from all over. Melbourne is known for its great schools and desirable neighborhoods. Living costs are also a touch more affordable compared to other cities in the county. Families flock here because of the many family friendly activities that are nearby. Kayaking on the Indian River, visiting the Brevard Zoo, exploring Kennedy Space Center, shopping in Downtown Melbourne, Fishing, Dolphin and Manatee watching, soaking up the sun at the nearby beaches – the list goes on. And for all of the theme park seekers - Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are only an hour away. Melbourne is one of the most populated cities in Brevard County, and for good reason. If you are already local to the area or plan to move here, we hope you come to love this city as much as we do.
